Eventos turísticos e corporativos, seminários, museus, teatros, bibliotecas e produtoras podem solicitar ao Governo de Minas Gerais o Selo Evento Seguro. Durante o encontro on-line, os participantes explicaram o processo de obtenção do Selo Evento Seguro para espaços e eventos, abordando também a importância da aplicação e do cumprimento de todos os protocolos sanitários nesse momento de pandemia, para que a retomada das atividades dos setores cultural e turístico seja bem sucedida e segura.
O Selo Evento Seguro pode ser solicitado à Secult tanto por empresas quanto por realizadores independentes de eventos, no link: www.secult.mg.gov.br/seloeventoseguro. É preciso preencher o formulário de solicitação, o Termo de Responsabilidade e seguir o passo a passo descrito. Eventos corporativos; seminários e congressos; museus e galerias de arte; teatros; cinemas; arquivos públicos; bibliotecas públicas; e demais estabelecimentos em que são realizados eventos podem pedir o selo.
O superintendente interino de Bibliotecas, Museus, Arquivo Público e Equipamentos Culturais da Secult, Alexandre Milagres, lembrou que cada espaço precisa detalhar suas especificidades. “Há diferença entre eventos realizados em praça pública ou em espaço fechado, assim como há diferença nas metragens em museus, em entradas e salas, em bibliotecas e espaços de circulação. Os requisitos mínimos estão descritos no Plano Minas Consciente e na Resolução do Selo Evento Seguro”, afirmou durante a live, no dia 10/6.

O selo pode ser utilizado pelos interessados durante o tempo de vigência do Plano Minas Consciente ou dos demais protocolos estabelecidos pelo Governo de Minas Gerais para o enfrentamento da covid-19. Ele pode ser estampado em ingressos e exibido nos locais de realização dos eventos.
A Secult vai analisar as solicitações dos interessados a partir das informações enviadas no Formulário de Solicitação e informará sobre a aprovação daqueles que preencherem os requisitos necessários. Se o evento não preencher os requisitos necessários, a Secult também irá notificar sobre a reprovação. Nesse caso, os produtores terão a oportunidade de se adequar às exigências estabelecidas e enviar nova solicitação. Dúvidas podem ser encaminhadas ao e-mail: apoioseloeventoseguro@secult.mg.gov.br.
