A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana realizará na segunda (21), às 19h, uma audiência pública para ouvir dos cidadãos suas sugestões para elaboração do contrato com a nova empresa que será responsável pelos serviços de água e esgoto no município. O evento ocorrerá no auditório da Câmara Municipal de Nova Serrana, na rua Betsaid, 70, bairro São Sebastião.
O objetivo da audiência será possibilitar a efetiva participação de cidadãos e segmentos da sociedade civil organizada na discussão sobre a nova concessão dos serviços públicos de captação, adução, tratamento e fornecimento de água, bem como reserva e distribuição, até as ligações prediais e seus respectivos instrumentos de medição. Também estarão sob discussão a coleta, afastamento e tratamento de esgoto.
O encontro terá como pautas principais a apresentação dos estudos de viabilidade técnica, econômica e modelagem licitatória e a participação da população apresentando suas dúvidas, sugestões e questionamentos.
A participação da população se dará por meio de inscrição realizada no momento da audiência e cada inscrito terá dois minutos para expor sua fala. O presidente do Conselho Gestor de Parceria Público Privada conduzirá os trabalhos, organizando e mediando as discussões. A audiência terá duração máxima de 3 horas, iniciando às 19h e terminando, no máximo, às 22h.
