Já a equipe feminina conquistou o terceiro lugar, sendo a atleta local Tânia Rocha eleita o destaque da partida.
No basquete masculino, após jogos difíceis e apertados na sexta e no sábado, a equipe comandada pelo professor Antônio Reis se habilitou para a disputa das eliminatórias no domingo, se classificando para as semifinais e, em um grande jogo, venceu a equipe de Ipatinga, tendo o atleta Juninho Kanela como destaque da partida. Vitória na final por 45 a 40 contra a equipe de Arcos e destaque para o atleta local Guilherme Santos.
No torneio de vôlei a equipe masculina de Nova Serrana ficou com o terceiro lugar.
A realização da LIDCOM em Nova Serrana foi feita pela Secretaria de Esporte e Lazer e teve a parceria das secretarias de Educação e Cultura, Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo e Saúde. A Guarda Civil Municipal e a Polícia Militar também prestaram apoio no evento.
A LIDCOM trata-se de uma Liga Esportiva que realiza eventos de diversas modalidades esportivas e culturais nas cidades da região, mais especificamente e principalmente naquelas que pertencem ao Circuito Trilha dos Bandeirantes, a qual Nova Serrana faz parte.
