A atleta conta que apaixonou-se pelo esporte, pratica de três a quatro vezes por semana, e logo pensou em criar um espaço dedicado ao Beach Tennis no município.
O esporte é uma mistura do tênis de quadra com o vôlei de praia e é bastante inclusivo. Tanto atletas de outras modalidades, como pessoas sem vivências esportivas anteriores, crianças e pessoas de todas as idades podem aproveitar os benefícios do Beach Tennis, que não se resumem a parte física, mas também faz bem para a mente e promove socialização.
