    BOLSONARISTAS INTERDITAM BR-262 EM NOVA SERRANA

    Após os resultados do segundo turno das eleições que terminou com a derrota de Jair Bolsonaro (PL) e vitória de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), eleitores bolsonaristas deram início a atos nas rodovias do país. Em Nova Serrana, a BR-262 foi bloqueada de 17h dessa segunda-feira (31) às 6h de hoje (1º).

    De acordo com a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), após negociações feitas pela PRF, Polícia Militar e Corpo de Bombeiros, os manifestantes liberaram a via. Cerca de 100 pessoas estavam no local.

    Em nota, a Confederação Nacional do Transporte (CNT), entidade de representação das empresas de transporte no Brasil, disse que acompanha as paralisações em algumas rodovias do País e se posiciona contrariamente a esse tipo de intervenção. Veja:

    “A entidade respeita o direito de manifestação de todo cidadão, entretanto, defende que ele seja exercido sem prejudicar o direito de ir e vir das pessoas. Além de transtornos econômicos, paralisações geram dificuldades para locomoção de pessoas, inclusive enfermas, além de dificultar o acesso do transporte de produtos de primeira necessidade da população, como alimentos, medicamentos e combustíveis. Nesse sentido, a CNT tem convicção de que as autoridades garantirão a circulação de pessoas e de bens por todo o País com segurança, entendendo que qualquer tipo de bloqueio não contribui para as atividades do setor transportador e, consequentemente, para o desenvolvimento do Brasil”, diz a nota.

    Em nova decisão nesta terça-feira (1º), o ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou que as Polícias Militares dos Estados atuem para desobstruir as rodovias – inclusive vias federais – bloqueadas por manifestantes contrários ao resultado das eleições de domingo. A decisão foi tomada no âmbito da Arguição de Descumprimento de Preceito Fundamental (ADPF) 519.

    O ministro impôs multa de R$ 100 mil por hora e prisão em flagrante delito ao que estiverem cometendo crimes contra o Estado Democrático de Direito e a soberania nacional, previstos na Lei 14.197/2021.

    Na decisão, o ministro afirmou que a medida tem o objetivo de garantir o “resguardo da ordem no entorno e, principalmente, à segurança dos pedestres, motoristas, passageiros e dos próprios participantes do movimento ilegal que porventura venham a se posicionar em locais inapropriados nas rodovias do país”.

    Alexandre de Moraes lembrou que as Polícias Militares estaduais possuem “plenas atribuições constitucionais e legais” para adotarem as medidas necessárias para garantir o tráfego em rodovias que estão com o trânsito bloqueado, garantindo a “total trafegabilidade” em todo o país. O ministro ainda determinou que a Polícia Militar identifique eventuais caminhões que estejam sendo utilizados para bloqueios de rodovias.

    Na segunda-feira (31), a pedido da Confederação Nacional dos Transportes, o ministro havia determinado à Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) adotar todas as providências para o desbloqueio das vias, sob pena de multa de R$ 100 mil em caráter pessoal ao diretor-geral da PRF, a contar de meia-noite de 1º de novembro, além da possibilidade de afastamento de suas funções e até prisão em flagrante de crime de desobediência caso seja necessário.
