O Sistema Único de Cadastro Escolar e Encaminhamento para Matrícula (Sucem) voltou a receber nesta segunda-feira (15), novos cadastros de interessados em solicitar uma das vagas remanescentes nas escolas da rede pública de ensino de Minas Gerais. Para estudantes maiores de 18 anos que ainda não finalizaram o ensino médio, a retomada das inscrições é uma oportunidade a mais para buscar uma vaga na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), por meio do EJA Novos Rumos.
A programa da Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG), além de oferecer educação de qualidade e de ser uma chance para o aluno concluir o ensino médio em tempo mais curto, também prioriza a participação de jovens e adultos em cursos de Formação Inicial Continuada (FIC). As inscrições no Sucem, inclusive para escolas que disponibilizam a EJA Novos Rumos, podem ser feitas até o dia 2/4 no site cadastroescolar.educacao.mg.gov.br.
– Confirmação
Após fazer a inscrição no Sucem e receber a indicação da escola mais próxima da sua residência que ainda tem vaga para o ano e a etapa de ensino pretendidos, pais e/ou responsáveis ou o aluno maior de 18 anos devem fazer o processo de matrícula.
– Onda roxa
Nas escolas localizadas em municípios que estiverem na onda roxa do Plano Minas Consciente, as matrículas serão feitas digitalmente, por e-mail. Por meio das redes sociais e de outros recursos disponíveis, as unidades de ensino devem divulgar amplamente os procedimentos, a documentação e o e-mail institucional da escola para a realização da matrícula. A documentação deve ser encaminhada dentro do prazo de dois dias úteis.
– Demais ondas
Já nas unidades de ensino localizadas nos municípios que estão nas ondas verde, amarela ou vermelha do Plano Minas Consciente, a matrícula deve ser feita de forma presencial na unidade de ensino para a qual o aluno foi encaminhado. É importante lembrar que estão sendo seguidas todas as recomendações do Comitê Extraordinário Covid-19.
Apenas uma pessoa terá acesso à escola para entregar a documentação e confirmar a vaga. Além disso, será exigida a utilização de máscara para acessar o local. Somente seguindo todas as medidas sanitárias será autorizada a entrada na unidade. Veja a documentação exigida:
I – Documento de Identidade ou, na sua ausência, Certidão de Nascimento do aluno, original e cópia;
II – CPF do aluno, original e cópia, sendo obrigatória a apresentação se for maior de idade e facultativa se menor de idade;
III – Comprovante de residência, original e cópia, no nome de um dos pais/responsáveis ou do aluno, quando maior de idade;
IV – Histórico Escolar ou Declaração de Transferência, com indicação do ano de escolaridade que o aluno está habilitado a cursar em 2021, ficando o documento original na escola.
Para o aluno menor de idade é necessária, ainda, a apresentação de documento de identidade e do CPF, originais e cópias, de um dos pais/responsáveis.
