A Caixa Econômica Federal anunciou nesta segunda-feira (7) o 1º Feirão Digital da Casa Própria, que terá imóveis com possibilidade de financiamento total, ou seja, de 100%, sem pagamento de entrada e com carência de até 6 meses para iniciar o pagamento das prestações.
O feirão será realizado de 25 de junho a 4 de julho. Serão oferecidos cerca de 180 mil imóveis em todo o país, com a participação de mais de 600 construtoras, de acordo com a Caixa.
A Caixa informou que os imóveis poderão ser escolhidos na plataforma do evento (www.caixa.gov.br/feirao/Paginas/default.aspx) onde é possível fazer a simulação do financiamento e ser atendido por um correspondente do banco por meio do chat.
Dos imóveis ofertados no feirão, cerca de 6 mil deles são próprios da Caixa e terão condições especiais de financiamento. Eles poderão ser financiados integralmente, sem cobrança de parcela de entrada, com carência de até 6 meses para início do pagamento.
Para estes imóveis da Caixa, os contratos terão taxas a partir da TR + 2,50% + remuneração da poupança.
