Os vereadores aprovaram nesta quinta-feira (15) o Projeto de Lei 029/2021 que autoriza o Poder Executivo a criar no município de Nova Serrana, o Banco Municipal de Órteses, Próteses e Meios Auxiliares de Locomoção, destinados a atender as pessoas carentes com deficiência física e/ou incapacidade temporária.
A proposta do autor do projeto, vereador Rodrigo Fisioterapeuta (PL) é que o banco possa receber doações de órteses, próteses e meios auxiliares de locomoção, camas hospitalares, suporte para soro novos e também usados, tanto por meio de pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, assim como possa firmar convênios, parcerias, termos de cooperação técnica, com órgãos e entidades governamentais, municipais, estaduais e federais, visando obter fundos e ou equipamentos para o cumprimento de sua finalidade.
O banco repassará os itens disponíveis às pessoas em casos de deficiência irreversível e/ou incapacidade transitória, mediante apresentação documentos de identificação; comprovante de residência atestado pelo título de eleitor; comprovante de renda familiar; Indicação fisioterápica e/ou terapêutica ocupacional e/ou médica do serviço público de saúde ou serviço de saúde privado que atenda ao usuário do SUS.
O Banco Municipal de órteses, Próteses e Meios Auxiliares de Locomoção funcionará em consonância com os demais programas de saúde já existentes no município.
