A Câmara Municipal de Nova Serrana realizará um seminário inédito com toda a programação voltada para auxiliar as associações e instituições do município de Nova Serrana a obterem melhor aproveitamento dos recursos públicos, tanto da esfera municipal, quanto estadual e federal.
O Seminário ocorrerá nos dias 09 e 10 de agosto de 2023, na Câmara Municipal.
De acordo com o presidente da Câmara, vereador Guilherme Bueno (AVANTE), o seminário foi pensado para ajudar as pessoas envolvidas com projetos sociais, associações de diversas áreas, entidades sem fins lucrativos, a conseguirem apoio financeiro através da regularização de documentação, apresentação de planos de trabalho, prestação de contas, e esclarecer de forma prática todas as dúvidas sobre os procedimentos e medidas que devem ser adotadas na no recebimento e aplicação de recursos públicos.
O Seminário contará com especialistas como Kelisson Salgado, referência nacional na Lei de Incentivo ao Esporte; como o professor José Miranda, especialista em comunicação pública, que falará sobre marketing social; como o presidente da OAB, Dr. Ezequiel Cilas, que falará sobre a formalização das associações com elaboração de estatutos e outros. As emendas impositivas e a construção do Plano de Trabalho e como prestar contas das ações também serão tema de outras palestras que ficarão a cargo do Luis Felipe Oliveira e da Daisy Moreira, profissionais que lidam diariamente com o tema na prefeitura e Câmara Municipal, respectivamente.
Na programação do seminário também consta a participação da equipe da Comunidade Terapêutica Cruz e Glória, como exemplo de trabalho de sucesso e que tem obtido ótimos resultados. Além disso, haverá também a participação de Daniel César Rodrigues, presidente da Liga de Desportos, que falará sobre a execução práticas das parcerias por recursos públicos.
