A Câmara Municipal de Nova Serrana instituiu a ‘Campanha Sangue do Bem’ com o propósito de contribuir com o equilíbrio dos estoques dos bancos de sangue que atendem a população nova-serranense.
Na 7ª caravana, realizada no dia 19/04, o legislativo levou uma van cheia de doadores voluntários imbuídos em solidariedade e amor ao próximo. A Câmara ofereceu o transporte e deu todo o suporte aos doadores, desde o cadastro até o retorno para seus lares, com conforto e segurança.
“É muito comum nos depararmos com pedidos de doação de sangue quando um familiar está enfrentando problemas de saúde. Nestes últimos dias, o pedido veio em nome de uma grande guerreira do município de Nova Serrana: Luciana Araújo, uma batalhadora que faz um trabalho de extrema relevância em apoio a pacientes oncológicos. Para a Câmara de Nova Serrana, é muito importante ter a oportunidade de auxiliar os cidadãos, principalmente com questões como as de saúde”, disse a Câmara em nota.
Segundo o presidente da Mesa Diretora, vereador Cabral (SDD), a campanha foi implantada para ajudar a toda população sem qualquer distinção.
“Se essa campanha tivesse ajudado a um único cidadão já teria valido a pena. Mas, graças a Deus, já são inúmeras pessoas que receberam o auxílio através das doações da campanha do Sangue do Bem. Toda a Comissão de Saúde, assim como os demais vereadores, ficam felizes de ver o resultado que são vidas sendo salvas”, destacou.
Paulo Giovaine, morador de Nova Serrana, é um doador. Ele relatou que se sente privilegiado em participar da campanha de doação. “Me sinto um privilegiado em poder ajudar meus semelhantes, desejo doar sangue mais vezes por ser um ato de amor ao próximo e principalmente a Deus. Espero que mais e mais pessoas se conscientizem e pratiquem esse ato de amor que salva vidas”, expressou o doador.
