A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana realiza durante todo o mês de outubro a Campanha de Multivacinação, visando atualizar a caderneta de vacinação de crianças e adolescentes de até 14 anos.
As doses estão disponíveis em todas as Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs), até 31 de outubro, das 8h às 17h. Nas quatro UBSs de horário estendido – Jeferson Batista, São Geraldo, Novo Horizonte e Planalto – o atendimento é das 17h às 19h30.
No dia 18 de outubro (sábado), será realizado o Sábado Tem Saúde, com todas as salas de vacinação do município abertas das 7h às 15h30, reforçando o acesso da população à campanha.
Durante a ação, estão sendo ofertadas todas as vacinas do Calendário Nacional de Imunização, para que pais e responsáveis atualizem as vacinas que ainda precisam ser tomadas. Também está disponível a vacina contra o HPV para jovens de 15 a 19 anos que ainda não tenham completado o esquema vacinal.
A campanha pretende ampliar a cobertura vacinal e reforçar a importância da imunização como forma de prevenção e proteção coletiva, especialmente entre crianças e adolescentes.
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde orienta que pais e responsáveis levem a caderneta de vacinação às unidades para os profissionais poderem verificar e atualizar as doses faltantes.
