No Amapá, o coeficiente de incidência da dengue é de 265,9 casos para cada grupo de 100 mil habitantes. No Amazonas, são 210,7 casos para cada 100 mil habitantes. Em Goiás, 988,4 casos para cada 100 mil habitantes. No Rio de Janeiro, são 575,8 casos para cada 100 mil habitantes. Em Roraima, 47 casos para cada 100 mil habitantes. E no Distrito Federal, 4.174,1 casos para cada 100 mil habitantes.
Das unidades federativas com casos que superam os de 2023, Acre, Distrito Federal, Goiás e Rio de Janeiro decretaram emergência em saúde pública em razão da explosão de casos de dengue. Minas Gerais também decretou emergência e já registra, em 2024, um número bem próximo ao total de casos prováveis contabilizados em 2023: são 407.977 casos contabilizados nas primeiras semanas deste ano contra 408.393 ao longo de todo o ano passado.
