Os clientes atendidos em baixa tensão e que possuem débitos com a Cemig têm uma nova oportunidade para quitar suas contas em atraso: a empresa lançou nesta segunda-feira (16), uma nova Campanha de Negociação de Débitos, que vai permitir parcelamento de débitos atrasados em até 12 vezes sem juros para clientes residenciais e em até 24 vezes sem juros para os inscritos na Tarifa Social de Energia Elétrica (TSEE).
Os clientes atendidos em baixa tensão são residenciais, comerciais, prestadores de serviço ou com atividades rurais atendidos em até 220 volts. Os interessados poderão negociar com a companhia até o dia 30 de junho.
Para fazer a negociação os clientes podem realizar o parcelamento das contas de energia atrasadas em até 12 vezes sem juros nos canais digitais. Para esse benefício, basta acessar o canal de atendimento Cemig Atende Web, ou WhatsApp (31-3506-1160).
A opção de pagamento das contas em atraso em até 12 vezes sem juros no cartão de crédito está disponível tanto no Cemig Atende Web quanto no WhatsApp (Mande um “oi” para 31-3506-1160, e em seguida digite “Pagamento” e siga as instruções.), inclusive para os clientes que apresentam parcelamento ativo.
Além desses canais, os clientes da Cemig podem parcelar os débitos pelo Telegram (@cemigbot direto no app) e pelo Aplicativo Cemig Atende.
