De acordo com o analista de proteção da Receita da Cemig, Johmerson Neves, para se proteger contra tentativas de golpes, a população deve seguir algumas orientações básicas. “Se desconfiar de algum contato suspeito, o cliente deve sempre procurar ajuda nos canais oficiais da Cemig”, explica.
“O primeiro passo é entrar em contato com a empresa para apurar a legitimidade da cobrança. Uma das opções mais simples é verificar a conta devida utilizando o Whatsapp da companhia, por meio do número (31) 3506-1160. Outra possibilidade é pelo Cemig Atende Web (atende.cemig.com.br). O cliente também pode entrar em contato pelo telefone 116, que funciona 24 horas e verificar a veracidade do débito”, orienta o gerente.
