A Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel) divulgou, nesta terça-feira (21/5), em reunião ordinária do órgão regulador do setor elétrico, a nova tarifa da Cemig Distribuição. Os cerca de 7,8 milhões clientes residenciais da companhia terão um reajuste de 6,70% na conta de energia. Conforme previsto no contrato de concessão, o valor passa a valer a partir de 28/5 e terá duração de um ano.
O anúncio da tarifa da companhia é sempre feito pela Aneel na reunião da terça-feira anterior ao dia do início da vigência, que é a data definida para o reajuste das tarifas da Cemig D, conforme determina o contrato. Importante destacar que as tarifas de todas as distribuidoras brasileiras são definidas pelo órgão federal.
“As distribuidoras cumprem um papel que vai além de simplesmente entregar a energia. São esses agentes que sustentam o fluxo financeiro do setor, afinal, as concessionárias de distribuição fazem a interface com os usuários de energia elétrica, arrecadando, por meio das faturas, todo o montante necessário para financiar a operação do sistema.”, explica o gerente de Tarifas da Cemig, Giordano Bruno Braz de Pinho Matos.
Do valor cobrado na tarifa, apenas 25,8% ficam na Cemig Distribuição e se destinam a remunerar o investimento, cobrir a depreciação dos ativos e outros custos. Os demais 74,2% são utilizados para cobrir encargos setoriais (16,7%), tributos pagos aos Governos Federal e Estadual (20,9%), energia comprada (26,7%), encargos de transmissão (9,4%) e receitas irrecuperáveis (0,5%). Os impostos arrecadados na tarifa de energia, como taxa de iluminação pública, ICMS, PIS e Cofins são repassados integralmente para as prefeituras, além dos governos Estadual e Federal.
REAJUSTE ESTÁ ABAIXO DA INFLAÇÃO NOS ÚLTIMOS CINCO ANOS
De acordo com a companhia energética, o reajuste está abaixo do acumulado da inflação dos últimos cinco anos. Enquanto o valor da tarifa da companhia foi reajustado em 27%, o IPCA no período foi de 32%.
O cliente da Cemig vai perceber o reajuste total a partir da fatura de junho com vencimento em julho de 2024. Em junho, os consumidores pagarão uma parte do consumo ocorrido antes de 28 de maio, ainda conforme a tarifa antiga, e a outra parcela do consumo já com o novo valor.
