O governo de Minas Gerais liberou, nesta quinta-feira (24), a realização de cirurgias eletivas. A determinação segue recomendação do Comitê Extraordinário Covid-19. Os procedimentos estavam suspensos desde fevereiro.
A medida havia sido tomada por causa da lotação dos hospitais com pacientes diagnosticados com Covid-19. Porém, a liberação das cirurgias eletivas deve seguir a orientação de cada onda do Minas Consciente.
– Veja o que prevê cada onda:
Na onda vermelha, fase em que há protocolos mais rígidos para funcionamento do comércio, serão liberados procedimentos cirúrgicos em ambientes ambulatoriais.
Na onda amarela, etapa intermediária do plano, procedimentos cirúrgicos hospitalares que não demandem intubação orotraqueal (com inserção de tubo até a traqueia) ou sedação profunda ficam autorizados
Na onda verde, a mais flexível, todos os tipos de eletivas ficam permitidas, mas caberá ao gestor local e da unidade de atendimento analisar a sua realidade no que diz respeito à disponibilidade de leitos, equipes, equipamentos e insumos hospitalares
Os mutirões para realização de cirurgias eletivas seguem proibidos. As recomendações valem para as redes pública e privada.
De acordo com a decisão do Comitê Estadual, Nova Serrana segue na Onda Vermelha.
