As agências bancárias ficarão fechadas nos dois feriados nacionais de abril: Sexta-Feira da Paixão (15) e Tiradentes (21). Haverá, no entanto, atendimento normal no dia 22, sexta-feira.
Segundo a Federação Brasileira de Bancos (Febraban), as áreas de autoatendimento com caixas eletrônicos ficarão disponíveis durante os feriados, assim como os canais de atendimento pelo telefone, celular e computador.
Contas de consumo (água, energia, telefone, etc.) e carnês com vencimento nos dias 15 e 21 de abril poderão ser pagos, sem acréscimo, no próximo dia útil aos feriados -ou seja, nos dias 18 e 22 de abril.
Normalmente, os tributos já vêm com datas ajustadas ao calendário de feriados nacionais, estaduais e municipais. Caso isso não tenha ocorrido no documento de arrecadação, a sugestão da Febraban é antecipar o pagamento ou, no caso dos títulos que têm código de barras, agendar o pagamento antecipado nos caixas eletrônicos, internet banking e pelo atendimento telefônico dos bancos.
– Benefícios
Os feriados não alteram o calendário do saque extraordinário do FGTS (fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço). O cronograma para sacar até R$ 1.000 começa no dia 20, um dia antes do feriado de Tiradentes, para nascidos em janeiro, e é retomado apenas no dia 30 de abril, para nascidos em fevereiro.
A Caixa Econômica Federal informou que o fechamento das agências em feriados não prejudica o saque do abono salarial do PIS ou do seguro-desemprego, que pode ser feito pelos caixas eletrônicos.
Já o Banco do Brasil disse que não é possível sacar o abono do Pasep nos feriados porque as retiradas nos caixas eletrônicos são feitas por meio de TED (Transferência Eletrônica Disponível), que só podem ser encaminhadas em dias úteis.
O pagamento do Auxílio Brasil, como de costume, é programado apenas para dias úteis. O calendário de abril começa nesta quinta-feira (14) e vai até dia 29, conforme o dígito final do NIS (Número de Identificação Social).
