Em Divinópolis, o Complexo de Saúde São João de Deus informa que deu início nesta semana a uma nova política de acesso, alterando assim horários de visitas e de trocas de acompanhantes de pacientes do Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS e Saúde Suplementar (particulares e convênios). Com essa alteração, ficam estabelecidas as seguintes normas:
PACIENTES SUS
Para os pacientes do Sistema Único de Saúde, as visitas podem ser feitas diariamente, de 13h às 15h e de 16h30 às 18h30, sendo permitidas quatro visitas ao dia, em escala de revezamento. A troca de acompanhante pode ser feita diariamente, de 06h às 20h30, sendo permitidas duas trocas de acompanhantes por dia.
Para os pacientes SUS, é permitida a entrada de apenas um visitante, além do acompanhante para cada leito. Na ausência do acompanhante, é permitida a ocupação de dois visitantes. É válido destacar que terão direito aos acompanhantes somente os pacientes em determinação legal, ou seja, menores de 18 anos, maiores de 60 anos, gestantes e casos especiais, em que a autonomia do paciente está comprometida.
PACIENTES DA SAÚDE SUPLEMENTAR E PARTICULAR
Já no caso de pacientes da Saúde Suplementar (particular e convênios), as visitas acontecem de 08h às 20h, sendo realizadas em escala de revezamento, ficando permitida a ocupação máxima de dois visitantes, além do acompanhante, para cada leito. Na ausência do acompanhante, fica permitida a ocupação de três visitantes. A troca de acompanhantes também ocorre diariamente, de 06h às 20h30, sendo permitido um acompanhante por paciente.
CTI ADULTO
Para pacientes que estão internados no CTI Adulto, as visitas ocorrem diariamente e em dois horários, de 09h30 às 11h e de 19h30 às 20h30, sendo permitidas duas visitas por horário, com duração máxima de 30 minutos ou até que o Boletim Médico seja informado.
O Boletim Médico será repassado de 09h30min às 11h e a partir da chegada dos visitantes ao setor. Os Boletins Médicos serão repassados, preferencialmente, ao responsável pela internação.
UTI NEOPEDIÁTRICA
A troca de acompanhantes de pacientes da UTI NeoPediátrica acontece diariamente, de 08h30min às 18h30min, sendo permitidos como acompanhantes os pais da criança internada e em suas ausências, os avós. O Boletim Médico será informado de 11h às 12h, na UTI Neopediátrica I e de 10h às 11h na UTI Neopediátrica II.
SALA VERMELHA
No caso de pacientes da Sala Vermelha, as visitas são permitidas diariamente, de 09h às 10h. Neste caso, é permitida uma visita por paciente, com duração máxima de 15 minutos, podendo esta ser interrompida com a chegada de pacientes em urgência. Pacientes internados ao decorrer do dia, terão direito a uma visita após avaliação médica.
BLOCO CIRÚGICO
No caso de pacientes que estão em procedimento no Bloco Cirúrgico, é permitida a permanência de um acompanhante por paciente na sala de espera interna.
SADT (PACIENTES EM REALIZAÇÃO DE EXAMES)
Já os pacientes que se encontram na instituição realizando exames, por meio do Serviço de Apoio e Diagnóstico ao Tratamento – SADT, apenas possuem direito ao acompanhante os pacientes em determinação legal (menores de 18 anos, maiores de 60 anos, gestantes e casos especiais, em que a autonomia do paciente está comprometida).
