A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana entrega, neste sábado (27), a reforma geral, ampliação e inauguração da quadra poliesportiva coberta da Escola Municipal Marçal Moreira da Silva, e as novas instalações da unidade de saúde Dr. Ary Moreira Da Silva.
As inaugurações ocorrerão a partir de 10h na Comunidade de Novaes. No entanto, desde às 8h os moradores poderão contar com uma Rua de Lazer.
Segundo a prefeitura, a construção da quadra poliesportiva coberta custou aproximadamente 200 mil reais; investimento próprio. A reforma da escola também foi feita com recursos próprios, utilizando matéria prima e mão de obra do próprio município. As obras começaram e foram concluídas no ano de 2021.
A quadra é adaptada para prática de diversas modalidades como futsal, handebol e basquete. Conta com rede, travas de gol e tela de proteção. O local será utilizado pela escola para prática de atividades físicas e recreativas e eventos da comunidade.
Já em relação à unidade de saúde, o governo municipal garantiu que oferecerá todos os serviços da Atenção Primária e contará com equipe composta por médico, enfermeiro, técnico de enfermagem, auxiliar de serviços gerais e agente de saúde.
