Já está no ar o aplicativo “Conecta Nova Serrana”, idealizado pela Prefeitura Municipal. O app é simples e prático e busca transformar a forma como a prefeitura dialoga com a população. Para baixá-lo, basta acessar as lojas de aplicativos para IOS e Android.
Na página inicial do aplicativo, o cidadão pode conferir serviços essenciais como: trânsito, transportes e defesa social – onde é possível, por exemplo, abrir uma ocorrência na Guarda Civil Municipal. Também é possível acessar informações acerca do IPTU, notas fiscais, horários de ônibus, processos seletivos, medicamentos, e muitos outros.
Já na aba seguinte, em Utilidade Pública, o aplicativo detalha endereços, telefones e horário de funcionamento de órgãos públicos, instituições financeiras, farmácias e principais entidades locais.
O tópico Ocorrências permite que a população solicite serviços como iluminação pública, capina e limpeza, poda/corte de árvore, emissão de alvará, calçamento, etc. Também é possível denunciar sobre veículos abandonados, transporte clandestino, interdição de vias sem autorização, semáforo com defeito e outras reclamações. Já se o problema for relacionado à saúde pública, o cidadão conseguirá fazer denúncias sobre focos de dengue, infestação de escorpião e pragas urbanas – roedores e pombos.
Outra preocupação da prefeitura foi em disponibilizar a aba Turismo, para que o cidadão saiba sobre eventos, hotéis, restaurantes e demais espaços públicos voltados ao esporte e lazer. Neste espaço, interessados também podem cadastrar seus estabelecimentos comerciais.
Por fim, em “Notícias”, a população terá acesso às matérias produzidas pela assessoria de comunicação do governo municipal.
O lançamento oficial será realizado nesta quarta-feira (10), às 18h30 na Câmara de Vereadores.
