CONFIRA O QUE SERÁ DEBATIDO HOJE NA REUNIÃO DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL

A 8ª reunião ordinária da Câmara Municipal de Nova Serrana será realizada hoje (13), às 19h. Dentre os projetos a serem votados, está o PL que autoriza a prefeitura a internar pacientes com covid-19 em hospitais privados quando não houver leitos disponíveis na rede pública. Veja a pauta completa:

Leitura e deliberação da ata da reunião.

B – Matérias do Executivo:

– Ofício-Gabinete nº 083/2021 que encaminha Projeto de Lei n° 031/2021 que “Altera o caput e o §4° do artigo 5° e acresce o inciso III ao artigo 5° da Lei nº 1.508, de 1° de setembro de 1999”;

– Ofício-Gabinete nº 085/2021 que encaminha Projeto de Lei Complementar n° 033/2021 que “Altera o artigo 132 da Lei Complementar 015/2019, que ‘Dispõe sobre a reestruturação do Plano de Cargos e Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais da Administração do Poder Executivo de Nova Serrana, estabelece normas gerais de enquadramento, institui nova tabela de vencimentos e dá outras providências’; altera o artigo 148 da Lei Complementar n° 16/2019, que ‘Dispõe sobre a reestruturação do Plano de Cargos e Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais da Saúde do Poder Executivo de Nova Serrana, estabelece normas gerais de enquadramento, institui nova tabela de vencimentos e dá outras providências’, e o artigo 11 da Lei Complementar nº 18/2019, que ‘Altera a Lei 2.331, de 15 de maio de 2015, que institui o Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Remuneração dos Profissionais de Apoio à Educação do Município de Nova Serrana, e dá outras providências’”.

C – Matérias do Legislativo:

– Projeto de Lei n° 029/2021 que “Autoriza a criar o Banco Municipal de Órteses, Próteses e Meios Auxiliares de Locomoção para atendimento às pessoas com deficiência física e dá outras providências”, de autoria do vereador Rodrigo Ferreira;

– Projeto de Lei n° 030/2021 que “Dispõe sobre a publicação no portal de transparência do Município de Nova Serrana, da lista dos nomes das pessoas vacinadas contra a Covid-19, e dá outras providências”, de autoria do vereador Admilson Silva;

– Projeto de Lei n° 032/2021 que “Dispõe sobre a denominação de Rua no âmbito do município de Nova Serrana e dá outras providências”, de autoria do vereador Josué Avelino;

– Projeto de Lei nº 034/2021 que “Reconhece a prática de atividade física e do exercício físico como essenciais para a população de Nova Serrana em estabelecimentos prestadores de serviços destinados a essa finalidade, bem como em espaços públicos em tempos de crise ocasionados por doenças contagiosas ou catástrofes naturais”, de autoria dos vereadores Agnaldo Mendes Cordeiro, Antônio Donizete Ferreira, Guilherme Bueno Lemos, Cleiton José Gonçalves e Rodrigo Ferreira.

D – Matérias para votação:

– Emendas 01 a 03 ao Projeto de Lei 021/2021;

– Projeto de Lei 021/2021 que “Institui o procedimento de dação em pagamento de bens imóveis para extinção de débitos, de natureza tributária, inscritos em dívida ativa no âmbito do Município de Nova Serrana (MG), de autoria do Executivo”;

– Projeto de Lei 026/2021 que “Denomina a Escadaria do Bairro Vila Ozanã como ‘João Mendes dos Santos’ – ‘João Apríjio’ e dá outras providências”, de autoria do Executivo;

– Projeto de Lei 027/2021 que “Autoriza o Poder Executivo a proceder à internação de pacientes infectados pela COVID-19 na rede privada de hospitais, quando requerido por médico regulador do Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS (SUSFácil) nomeado pelo Município, em caso de inexistência de leitos na rede pública, bem como o arrendamento de leitos para atendimento ao Plano Municipal de Contingência e dá outras providências.”, de autoria do vereador Willian Barcelos;

– Emendas 01 a 05 ao Projeto de Lei 028/2021;

– Projeto de Lei 028/2021 que “Cria a Política de Incentivos à geração de Energia Solar e dá outras providências”, de autoria da Mesa Diretora.
