Os vereadores da Câmara Municipal foram homenageados pelos membros do Conselho de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social de Nova Serrana. A homenagem aconteceu nesta terça-feira (22/10), durante a 34ª reunião ordinária, ocasião em que o presidente e o vice-presidente do Conselho, respectivamente Rinaldo Heleno e Ronaldo Lacerda, usaram a Tribuna Livre para falar sobre o trabalho dos vereadores, agradecendo aos parlamentares pela parceria e pelos ótimos resultados nos quatro anos da 17ª Legislatura.
Após falarem em seus pronunciamentos sobre as ações da Câmara que fizeram uma grande diferença na qualidade de vida da população, os membros do Conselho entregaram uma placa a cada um dos vereadores.
Os oradores destacaram pontos como o trabalho inovador dessa legislatura levando auxílio através da destinação recursos de emendas impositivas para manutenção de associações, fundações e instituições que prestam serviços essenciais à população como o Hospital São José, Faculdade de Nova Serrana – FANS, Sociedade São Vicente de Paula e tantas outras.
“Todos os vereadores, enquanto integrantes do Poder Legislativo Municipal contribuíram significativamente para o desenvolvimento e as melhorias na cidade. Tivemos um Legislativo firme, com uma Câmara cumpridora do seu papel com o povo nova-serranense é assim que acreditamos que a democracia segue fortalecida”, disse Rinaldo.
Ronaldo, por sua vez, enfatizou palavras de gratidão aos vereadores, dizendo que durante esses anos os projetos elaborados e plicados pelos vereadores foram fundamentais para o progresso e o bem-estar do município. “Nós agradecemos o apoio constante nas ações do Conselho e todo o serviço prestado em prol de Nova Serrana. Vocês demonstraram coragem e ousadia para mudar e para colocar em prática projetos que visam o melhor para os cidadãos. Nós nos sentimos representados por essa Câmara, porque entenderam a real importância do papel do vereador. Nós reconhecemos que essa gestão foi exemplar em sua atuação”, expressou.
