O Desenrola, programa especial de renegociação de dívidas de consumidores, inicia a terceira etapa nesta segunda-feira (9/10). Foi lançada a plataforma online para o refinanciamento de dívidas bancárias e de consumo de até R$ 5 mil para devedores que ganham até dois salários mínimos.
Para ter acesso à plataforma, o consumidor precisa ter cadastro no Portal Gov.br, (CLIQUE AQUI) com conta nível prata ou ouro e estar com os dados cadastrais atualizados. Em seguida, o devedor terá de escolher uma instituição financeira ou empresa inscrita no programa para fazer a renegociação. Em seguida, bastará selecionar o número de parcelas e efetuar o pagamento.
A página listará os credores que ofereceram os descontos por ordem de juros, do mais baixo para o mais alto. Na etapa de leilões, 654 empresas apresentaram as propostas, com o desconto médio ficando em 83% do valor original da dívida. No entanto, em alguns casos, o abatimento superou esse valor, dependendo da atividade econômica.
Os consumidores precisam ficar atentos. A portaria do Ministério da Fazenda que regulamentou o Desenrola dá 20 dias, a partir da abertura do programa, para que as pessoas peçam a renegociação de suas dívidas. Caso o devedor não renegocie nesse intervalo, a fila anda e a oportunidade passa a outras pessoas.
