A Cemig vai permitir o pagamento das faturas em atraso no momento em que os eletricistas estiverem em visita para efetuar o desligamento. O pagamento será feito exclusivamente pela máquina nas modalidades de cartão de débito ou crédito, sendo que esta última poderá ser dividida em até 12 vezes sem juros.
De acordo com o gerente de Arrecadação e Adimplência da Cemig, Wellington Cancian, é importante que o cliente saiba exatamente o débito que possui com a companhia.
“A opção permitirá aos nossos clientes solucionarem a pendência antes do desligamento. Recomendamos a consulta dos débitos pelo nosso aplicativo, disponível para smartphones android e IOS. Dessa forma, o cliente vai saber com exatidão o valor do débito e poderá fazer a transação com a máxima segurança. A consulta também pode ser feita pelo WhatsApp, no número 31-3506-1160 na opção ‘Meus débitos’”, explica.
Wellington Cancian também destaca que os eletricistas da Cemig estarão sempre identificados com crachás e uniformes da companhia ou de empresas contratadas e portarão uma máquina de pagamentos via cartão da marca Getnet, que conta com aplicativo próprio desenvolvido pela Cemig para o recebimento dos valores devidos.
“Os nossos eletricistas estão devidamente uniformizados e usando crachás de identificação funcional. Antes de realizar o pagamento, o cliente deve conferir na tela da máquina se consta corretamente o CNPJ da Cemig, que é o 06.981.180.000116. Este número também consta na fatura, portanto, é só comparar para ter absoluta certeza de que está pagando para a Cemig. Em caso de qualquer dúvida, o cliente também pode ligar para o telefone 116”, explica Cancian.
