O Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano (IPTU) em Nova Serrana terá 7% de desconto para quem pagar à vista até dia 30 de abril e 5% para quem pagar até 31 de maio. Já para quem for dividir o imposto, a 1º parcela vence em 31 de maio. A 2ª, em 30 de junho. E, por fim, a 3ª parcela deve ser paga até 31 de julho. A expectativa é que o governo municipal consiga arrecadar R$17.326.926,95 com o IPTU 2021.
Em breve o contribuinte receberá a guia pelos Correios. Contudo, ela já está disponível para ser retirada pelo site: www.novaserrana.mg.gov.br. Basta acessar a área do Cidadão e clicar na opção “serviços online para o cidadão”.
Segundo a Prefeitura, a correção monetária de 5,45%, conforme Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA). E, não indica aumento dos valores, apenas correção inflacionária.
Em 2020, a Prefeitura de Nova Serrana arrecadou R$ R$6.660.561,63 com o IPTU, o que corresponde a 43,75% % do valor que era esperado.
Foi registrado um índice de 56,25%, de inadimplência no último ano. Entende-se que este índice de inadimplência foi decorrente dos efeitos paralelos da Pandemia.
Com esse débito, o contribuinte deve comparecer ao Centro Administrativo no Setor de Arrecadação para que seja gerado o cálculo dos débitos dos anos anteriores, este valor pode ser dividido em até 6 parcelas.
Caso o contribuinte não quite seus débitos o mesmo pode estará sujeito as providencias judiciais.
