    COPASA LANÇA CAMPANHA PARA RENEGOCIAÇÃO DE DÍVIDAS COM DESCONTOS

    Clientes que têm débitos com a Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa) podem negociar suas dívidas com condições especiais. Por meio da campanha “Dias Azuis”, a companhia possibilita a renegociação com juros baixos ou de forma parcelada até 30/12.

    No caso das categorias residencial, comercial ou industrial, os interessados podem pagar suas contas atrasadas em até 36 vezes com juros de 0,5% ao mês e com uma entrada no valor de 5% do débito. Ou têm ainda a opção de quitarem o débito em aberto à vista com desconto de 20%. As condições especiais são válidas para todos os clientes – comerciais, industriais, residenciais, públicos (com exceção das esferas governamentais a nível federal, estadual e municipal).

    Já para clientes da tarifa social, as condições preveem um pagamento parcelado em até 48 vezes sem juros, e entrada de 3%. No caso do pagamento à vista, o desconto aos clientes chega a 30%.

    E se o cliente optar pelo pagamento por meio do Pix, seja à vista ou parcelado, poderá ter um desconto de até R$ 10. A cada fatura paga em dia pelo Pix, o cliente ganha R$ 1 de desconto, limitado a dez faturas. E o desconto será concedido na fatura seguinte.

    O atendimento será exclusivamente on-line pela Agência Virtual da Copasa, que pode ser acessada pelo site: www.copasa.com.br. Após o acesso, o cliente deve:

    1 – Clicar no botão Dias Azuis;

    2 – Selecionar Copasa ou Copanor;

    3 – Fazer login com o CPF e a senha cadastrada ou fazer o cadastro para primeiro acesso;

    3.1 – Selecionar a matrícula para a qual deseja para o parcelamento;

    4 – Escolher a forma de pagamento à vista ou o número de parcelas;

    4.1 – Para a escolha de pagamento parcelado, poderão ser efetuadas simulações do valor da entrada e, também, se serão consideradas as faturas não vencidas ou somente as vencidas;

    5 – Clicar em prosseguir;

    6 – Conferir as informações do pop-up;

    7 – Clicar em “Confirmar”.

    8 – Em seguida, será apresentada a fatura para o pagamento da entrada ou do pagamento à vista.

    Clientes com negociação em andamento, que necessitam fazer um reparcelamento, podem verificar as condições pelo chat da Agência Virtual (Fale com o Chico) ou pelo aplicativo Copasa Digital; ou ainda pelo WhatsApp da Copasa (31) 99770-7000, que funciona de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 16h, com exceção de feriados.
