A melhora dos indicadores da covid-19 em Minas Gerais levam o estado à fase de maior controle da pandemia desde o início do ano. O dado foi apresentado pela Secretaria de Estado de Saúde (SES-MG) nesta quinta-feira (15) durante o encontro virtual do Comitê Extraordinário Covid-19.
Diante do atual cenário, o grupo aprovou a evolução da macrorregião de Saúde Sudeste para a onda verde do Minas Consciente e da Noroeste e Sul para a onda amarela. Assim, 12 das 15 localidades estão atualmente nas ondas mais flexíveis do plano. A macro Oeste, onde Nova Serrana se encontra, permanece na fase amarela. Apenas as regiões Leste do Sul, Nordeste e Triângulo do Sul se encontram em onda vermelha, mas nenhuma delas possui a classificação de Cenário Epidemiológico e Assistencial Desfavorável, o que inviabilizaria, por exemplo, a volta às aulas. As mudanças entram em vigor a partir de sábado (17).
A taxa de incidência, que mede a circulação do vírus na sociedade, caiu 23% nos últimos 14 dias. Já a confirmação de Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave provocada por covid chegou a 58% na última semana, o menor número desde janeiro. A positividade, indicador que mede o número de pessoas com sintomas gripais que testam positivo para covid-19, também saiu do patamar de 30% a 49% para menos de 30%, variando entre 26% e 28% nas últimas semanas.
A mortalidade por faixa etária também apresentou uma queda expressiva na população com mais de 60 anos, grupo mais vulnerável à doença. “Nas primeiras semanas de 2021 tínhamos um acúmulo de óbitos na faixa etária 60+ de quase 90%. Agora, chegamos a 60%. Ainda é o grupo que mais concentra óbitos, mas com uma proporção muito inferior a que tínhamos antes do início da imunização”, explicou o secretário de Estado de Saúde, o médico Fábio Baccheretti.
A média de solicitações de internação em leitos de UTI Covid teve queda de 30,41%, e o tempo médio de espera por atendimento na última semana caiu de 22 para 15 horas. “Chegamos a patamares muito superiores nos picos observados neste ano. Agora, estamos em uma situação muito mais confortável e isso se deve tanto à vacinação, quanto às iniciativas do Governo do Estado para conter a pandemia”, afirmou o secretário.
Ele ressaltou ainda que o aumento da incidência com o pico registrado no mês de junho não resultou em aumento de solicitações por leitos de enfermaria e de UTI, diferentemente do cenário observado nos picos anteriores. “Isso comprova a eficácia da vacinação e das medidas adotadas pelo governo do Estado”, lembrou. Atualmente, a ocupação de UTI Covid na rede pública mineira é de 61% e 70 pacientes aguardam por um leito. O número chegou a 227 pacientes em 10 de junho.
