A partir das próximas remessas de doses contra a covid-19, mineiras grávidas, puérperas e lactantes, mesmo sem apresentarem comorbidades, estarão incluídas entre os públicos prioritários para serem imunizadas. A vacinação deste público foi debatida em reunião do Centro de Operações de Emergências em Saúde (Coes), que contou com representantes da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais (SES-MG), da coordenação de Saúde Materno Infantil da Secretaria, do Ministério Público de Minas Gerais (MPMG) e Defensoria Pública de Minas Gerais (DPMG).
A inclusão de grávidas, puérperas e lactantes que não possuem algum tipo de acometimento na saúde entre os próximos grupos prioritários foi aprovada pela Comissão Intergestores Bipartite (CIB), da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais.
“Estas mulheres, neste momento especial de suas vidas, passam a ser incluídas como grupos prioritários. Mesmo aquelas que não tiverem problemas de saúde podem se vacinar. Este é um público em que tem sido constatado aumentado na mortalidade e letalidade pelo coronavírus”, explica o secretário de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais, Fábio Baccheretti.
Os imunizantes utilizados para este grupo não devem conter vetor viral por medida de segurança. Desta forma, segundo Baccheretti, assim que novas remessas da Pfizer e da CoronaVac forem destinadas ao estado, estas mulheres poderão ser imunizadas.
– Casos e óbitos
De acordo com o que notificado à SES/MG por meio do e-SUS, SIVEP-Gripe, CIEVS e pelos laboratórios e farmácias privadas, o número total de gestantes contaminados pela covid-19, até a data de 26 abril de 2021, foi de 2.662 mulheres. O total de gestantes que foram a óbito por conta da doença, até a mesma data, em Minas Gerais, foi de 84 indivíduos.
