A Prefeitura de Nova Serrana abriu agendamento da vacinação contra Covid-19 para pessoas a partir de 48 anos. Estão disponíveis 2.400 doses. A vacinação ocorrerá na terça (6), quarta (7) e sexta-feira (9).
O agendamento será feito pelo site da prefeitura (www.novaserrana.mg.gov.br) apenas até o preenchimento das vagas. A vacinação por faixa etária ocorrerá de forma gradativa, condicionado ao recebimento de novas remessas de vacinas pelo governo do estado. Documentos obrigatórios: Documento de Identidade com foto; CPF; Comprovante de endereço com residência em Nova Serrana; Cartão SUS e Cartão de vacina.
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Nova Serrana continua com os agendamentos para vacinação contra Covid-19 dos grupos prioritários. São eles:
Pessoas de comorbidades prioritárias e deficiências permanentes;
Trabalhadores da Educação da rede pública e privada, com vínculo ativo em Nova Serrana;
Gestantes, puérperas (mulheres com até 45 dias após o parto), e lactantes com crianças até 06 meses de idade;
Caminhoneiros (Motorista de transporte rodoviário de cargas, empregado, cooperado ou autônomo);
Trabalhadores de Transporte Coletivo Rodoviário de Passageiros Urbano e de Longo Curso, dentre as categorias profissionais:
> Motoristas associados e/ou empregados de cooperativas e de empresas do transporte escolar
> Manutenção de veículos e maquinários;
> Operações (motoristas, cobradores, fiscais, etc.);
> Serviços administrativos;
> Serviços gerais (limpeza, conservação, vigilância, inspeção de segurança e etc).
Estão disponíveis 500 doses. Veja a relação das comorbidades e deficiências, além dos documentos obrigatórios de cada grupo no site: www.novaserrana.mg.gov.br.
– Orientações gerais para vacinação:
Não ter recebido qualquer outra vacina nos últimos 14 dias;
Não ter tido Covid-19 com início de sintomas nos últimos 30 dias
Além disso, o agendamento será enviado aos órgãos de controle externo e, em caso de informações inverídicas, ficarão sujeitos às responsabilizações administrativas, civis e penais aplicáveis.
Quem não tiver acesso à internet ou tiver dificuldade de agendamento devem procurar a unidade de saúde de referência ou fazer contato através dos telefones: (37) 3225-4075/99971-6345.
