Proprietários de veículos registrados em Minas Gerais devem ficar atentos ao prazo de exigência do Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV). A partir de 1° de janeiro de 2022, o documento referente ao ano de 2021, no formato digital ou impresso, será considerado obrigatório para comprovar a regularidade do veículo em circulação.
A decisão, publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado, considera o dia 31 de dezembro deste ano o encerramento do período de calamidade pública em razão da pandemia de coronavírus, conforme Decreto Estadual nº 48.205/2021.
Para fins de fiscalização, o documento poderá ser apresentado impresso em papel comum ou no aplicativo Carteira Digital de Trânsito (CDT), disponível para aparelhos com sistemas Android e iOS. O porte do CRLV poderá ser dispensado, caso o agente tenha condições de consultar o sistema do Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran-MG) para verificar se o veículo está licenciado.
“Durante as abordagens ao condutor, a fiscalização de trânsito observa os documentos de porte obrigatório, que são o CRLV e a habilitação, sendo desnecessário apresentar comprovantes de pagamento das taxas e tributos”, esclarece o diretor do Detran/MG, delegado Erico da Cunha Neto.
Os proprietários de veículos que ainda não possuem o CRLV de 2021 devem acessar o site www.detran.mg.gov.br para verificar se há débitos de IPVA, seguro obrigatório, Taxa de Renovação do Licenciamento Anual do Veículo e eventuais multas.
