A Lei Paulo Gustavo (Lei Complementar n.º 195/2022) viabiliza o maior investimento direto no setor cultural da história do Brasil. Nova Serrana será contemplada com recursos de R$ 919.474,23. Conforme a lei e o plano de ação aprovado, a metade, 487 mil reais serão investidos em projetos de produção audiovisual (longas e curta-metragem, documentários, entre outros produtos da área). Aproximadamente 265 mil reais para outras áreas da Cultura (de acordo com editais a serem publicados); 111 mil reais em apoio a salas de Cinema ou Cinema de Rua, ou ainda Cinema itinerante e 55 mil reais para capacitação, formação e qualificação no audiovisual.
“Sabendo que nossa cidade é um celeiro da cultura, nosso governo foi ágil na garantia desses recursos e termos cerca de 1 milhão para destinar aos produtores de cultura daqui. Nossa cidade tem muitos talentos e com esses recursos vamos contribuir para dar voz e visibilidade para que possam mostrar seu talento”, comentou o prefeito Euzebio Lago.
Próximos passos
O superintendente de Cultura, Hudson Bruno Lemos, explica que o próximo passo é a assinatura do termo de adesão e liberação dos recursos financeiros por parte do Fundo Nacional de Cultura na conta bancária especialmente aberta para a finalidade. Em seguida, os fazedores de cultura da cidade de Nova Serrana serão chamados para opinar na confecção dos editais que serão publicados. Projetos e propostas serão analisados e selecionados. A partir disso, os recursos serão repassados e começam a execução dos trabalhados. Todo o processo terá acompanhamento técnico, desde a qualificação, passando pela execução e concluindo com a prestação de contas.
