    DÉBITOS DO IPVA 2023 PODERÃO SER PARCELADOS A PARTIR DA PRÓXIMA SEGUNDA (19)

    A partir da próxima segunda, as dívidas dos motoristas mineiros referentes ao Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Veículos Automotores (IPVA) de 2023 poderão ser quitadas parceladamente, em até 12 vezes. O valor, acrescido de multa e juros, poderá ser consultado e quitado de forma totalmente on-line, pelo site da Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda de Minas Gerais (SEF/MG).

    É preciso ter em mãos os números do CPF ou CNPJ do proprietário e do Registro Nacional de Veículos Automotores (Renavam). O próprio sistema irá buscar todos os débitos existentes e irá calcular os valores já atualizados pelos encargos por atraso. O valor mínimo de cada parcela é de R$ 200, portanto, débitos inferiores a R$ 400 não poderão ser parcelados.

    Neste ano, a escala de vencimentos do IPVA terminou no dia 19/5. Da arrecadação esperada com o imposto, de R$ 10,3 bilhões, foram recolhidos R$ 7,7 bilhões, o equivalente a 75%.

    Segundo Leônidas Marques, superintendente de Arrecadação e Informações Fiscais da SEF/MG, o volume arrecadado está dentro da média histórica, visto que muitos motoristas deixam para regularizar os débitos a partir do momento em que o Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran/MG) passa a exigir o Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento de Veículo (CRLV) do ano corrente. O órgão ainda não divulgou a portaria estabelecendo a data de cobrança do documento de 2023.

    O superintendente do Crédito e Cobrança da SEF/MG, Leonardo Guerra Ribeiro, explica que o parcelamento se aplica também ao imposto devido de anos anteriores, inscrito ou não em dívida ativa. A quitação à vista também pode ser feita a qualquer momento, de forma totalmente on-line. Ele alerta, mais uma vez, que os contribuintes devem tomar cuidado com os golpes aplicados, principalmente, por meio de links e sites falsos prometendo descontos para quitação do tributo.
