A Defensoria Pública de Minas Gerais (DPMG) promove a 13ª edição do Mutirão Direito a ter Pai em 36 Unidades de todo o estado. As inscrições podem ser feitas até o dia 17 de outubro.
A recém inaugurada unidade em Nova Serrana, além da capital Belo Horizonte e mais 34 unidades de todo o Estado participarão do esforço. O Mutirão Direito a Ter Pai é uma iniciativa extrajudicial realizada anualmente pela DPMG, visando garantir o direito à paternidade/maternidade e fomentar a estruturação da família.
Serviços
No Mutirão, serão oferecidos os serviços de exames de DNA (coletados no dia); reconhecimentos espontâneos de paternidade/maternidade; reconhecimentos de filiação socioafetiva; demandas de alimentos; guarda; regulamentação da convivência e investigação de paternidade.
Documentos
• Certidão de nascimento daquele que pretende ser reconhecido, sem nome do pai ou da mãe;
• Documento pessoal com foto;
• Comprovante de endereço;
• Comprovante de renda;
• Documento pessoal do represente legal, no caso de requerente, criança ou adolescente;
• Nome completo, número de telefone e endereço do suposto pai, além de CPF, WhatsApp e e-mail, se souber.
No caso de reconhecimento de filiação socioafetiva, é necessário levar também a certidão de nascimento de quem será reconhecido. É possível esse reconhecimento, ainda que conste da certidão pai ou mãe registral.
As famílias interessadas podem se inscrever até o dia 17 de outubro. Informações no (37)3228 9367 ou WhatsApp (31) 99269 6108. A unidade em Nova Serrana funciona na rua Cornélio Benfica, 63-3º andar, Ed. Camel Center, de segunda a quinta, de 12h às 16h.
Todas as sessões serão realizadas na respectiva Unidade durante a semana do dia 28 a 31 de outubro, com os exames de DNA agendados exclusivamente no dia 31.

O direito à identidade é um preceito fundamental de cidadania consagrado na Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos de 1948. No Brasil, ter o nome do pai e da mãe registrados é um direto de todo cidadão, garantido pela Constituição Federal e pelo Código Civil.
