A Defensoria Pública Itinerante estará em Nova Serrana no dia 29 de setembro (terça-feira), realizando a edição especial do “Mutirão Direito a Ter Pai”. Serão atendidas as pessoas que tiverem feito inscrição prévia.
Interessados e interessadas têm até o dia 15 de setembro para se inscrever. A inscrição ocorre de forma presencial, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 16h, na Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social, localizada na Rua Antônio Martins Filho 50, Park Dona Gumercinda Martins.
O evento é uma realização da DPMG, em parceria com a Prefeitura de Nova Serrana e com apoio do TJMG, MPMG e a Faculdade de Nova Serrana. Todo o serviço é gratuito e contempla exames de DNA e reconhecimento espontâneo de paternidade e maternidade e reconhecimento de filiação socioafetiva.
Iniciativa anual da Defensoria Pública de Minas Gerais (DPMG), o Mutirão Direito a Ter Pai busca o exercício do direito à paternidade, além de fomentar a estruturação da família, principal referência na formação de vínculos de afetividade, sociabilidade e identidade das crianças e também de filhas e filhos adultos.
Documentação necessária:
– Nome, telefone e/ou endereço do suposto pai;
– Certidão de nascimento sem o nome do pai ou da mãe;
– Documentos do representante legal no caso de requerente criança ou adolescente;
– Documentos da pessoa que quer ser reconhecida, caso tenha mais de 18 anos;
– Comprovante de endereço do solicitante.
O reconhecimento de paternidade/maternidade é garantido pelo artigo 226, § 7º da Constituição da República e pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA). Desde a primeira edição, em 2011, o Mutirão Direito a Ter Pai já realizou mais de 60 mil atendimentos e cerca de 10 mil exames de DNA. Em média, 70% deles têm resultado positivo.
