A Defesa Civil de Nova Serrana realizou uma reunião com representantes de órgãos de segurança e secretários municipais a fim de discutir ações de prevenção e socorro durante o período chuvoso. O prefeito Euzebio Lago também participou do encontro. Além de ações preventivas também foram discutidas medidas para minimizar os impactos, recuperar trechos danificados e prestação de ações sociais para as famílias afetadas.
Participaram da reunião representantes do Corpo de Bombeiros, Polícia Militar e Guarda Municipal, além dos secretários municipais de Desenvolvimento Social; Trânsito Transporte e Defesa Social; Desenvolvimento Urbano; Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade.
