A Coordenadoria Estadual de Defesa Civil (Cedec) faz alerta para a população mineira diante da baixa umidade relativa do ar prevista para este início de semana, até amanhã, quarta (5/7). A queda é resultado de uma massa de ar seco que atinge boa parte do estado.
O ar seco pode provocar, dentre vários sintomas, dor de cabeça, sangramento nasal, garganta seca e irritada, sensação de areia nos olhos, ressecamento da pele, cansaço e incômodo ao respirar. Por isso, o coordenador Estadual Adjunto de Defesa Civil, tenente-coronel Carlos Eduardo Lopes, explica que manter o corpo hidratado é a melhor opção.
“Beber muita água, ainda que não sinta sede, é uma ótima saída para contornar o ar seco. Quem tem problemas respiratórios também deve se atentar com a hidratação das vias aéreas”, orienta. Evitar a prática de exercícios físicos entre 10h e 16h, manter a casa arejada e aumentar o consumo de frutas e verduras também estão entre os cuidados. Outra alternativa é manter o próprio ambiente mais úmido.
“Usar o umidificador de ar ou até mesmo colocar uma bacia de água no cômodo já ajuda bastante na hora de deixar o ambiente menos seco”, complementa.
