Na quarta (21), ao lado do comandante da 7ª Região de Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (RPM/MG), coronel Wemerson Lino Pimenta, do comandante do 60º Batalhão de Polícia Militar (BPM) de Nova Serrana, tenente-coronel Marco Paulo, da superintendente Regional de Ensino, Luiza Coimbra, do vereador Admilson Emiliano, do presidente do Consep de Nova Serrana, Elton Oliveira, de diretores das escolas estaduais de Nova Serrana e alunos da Escola Estadual Maria Zeli Diniz Fonseca, o deputado Fábio Avelar fez a entrega, oficial, do veículo destinado por ele para a Patrulha Escolar do município.
“Essa entrega torna-se ainda mais significativa diante de tantos ataques bárbaros a escolas, que temos assistido aterrorizados, como da última segunda-feira (19), em Cambé, no Paraná. Estou atento às necessidades de investimentos que garantam mais proteção para nossos alunos, professores e demais profissionais de nossas escolas. Além de tranquilidade para todos eles e para os pais e demais familiares. Portanto, a entrega dessa viatura para a Patrulha Escolar de Nova Serrana é um momento de alegria para mim, pois sei que, com ela, contribuo para levar mais segurança a toda a comunidade escolar do nosso município”, afirma o deputado Fábio Avelar.
A cerimônia, realizada pelo 60º BPM, aconteceu na Escola Estadual Maria Zeli Diniz Fonseca e contou com a presença de alunos da escola representando, assim, alunos de todas as escolas do município.
“Agradeço ao 60º BPM e ao nosso grande anfitrião, o diretor da Escola Maria Zeli, Samuel Santiago, por ter nos cedido o local para tão importante entrega e pela feliz e calorosa recepção. Agradeço também aos demais diretores de escolas estaduais de Nova Serrana que abrilhantaram o evento e, principalmente, aos nossos alunos, razão principal do nosso trabalho pela educação e segurança no ambiente escolar. Nossa destinação vem de encontro a duas bandeiras defendidas por nós que são a segurança e a educação. Além disso, atende à solicitação do vereador Admilson Cheiroso, que nos procurou com a demanda de um veículo para a Patrulha Escolar de Nova Serrana”, garante o deputado Fábio Avelar.
O veículo entregue é mais uma importante ferramenta de trabalho da Polícia Militar de Nova Serrana no âmbito do patrulhamento escolar do município. “Nossa gloriosa Polícia Militar tem papel fundamental no processo de levar mais segurança para nossas escolas. O objetivo é evitar e reduzir a incidência de crimes bárbaros como aqueles que, infelizmente, já tivemos em Minas Gerais, no Brasil e no mundo e, assim, ampliar a segurança, a proteção e a paz na comunidade escolar”, conclui o deputado Fábio Avelar.
