    DEPUTADO NEWTON CARDOSO JR QUER AMPLIAR O HORÁRIO BANCÁRIO DURANTE A PANDEMIA

    Para evitar aglomerações e facilitar a vida das pessoas que precisam de atendimento bancário, o Deputado Federal Newton Cardoso Jr (MDB MG) apresentou na Câmara, nesta terça-feira (20), um Projeto de Lei que amplia o horário de funcionamento dos bancos enquanto durar o estado de calamidade pública, em decorrência da pandemia da Covid-19.  A proposta prevê um expediente bancário, em todo o território nacional, das 9h às 18h, exceto em shoppings, órgãos públicos, aeroportos ou universidades, que deverão assegurar o atendimento mínimo de cinco horas, seguindo todos os protocolos de segurança estabelecidos pela Organização Mundial da Saúde.

    Os estabelecimentos bancários deverão adotar, como medidas para assegurar o distanciamento social e prevenir a propagação da doença, no mínimo:

    I – sinalização com informações sobre prevenção sobre a Covid-19;

    II – disponibilização de álcool gel 70% para higienização das mãos de clientes, usuários bancários, funcionários e equipes de apoio, com indicação para seu uso antes e depois do manuseio de dinheiro, cheques, documentos, cartões e teclados;

    III – sinalização de solo indicando a distância mínima de dois metros entre as pessoas que esperam nas filas;

    IV – distanciamento mínimo de dois metros entre cadeiras destinadas a clientes, usuários bancários, funcionários e equipes de apoio;

    V – estabelecimento do número máximo de pessoas que podem permanecer, ao mesmo tempo, dentro da agência bancária, preservando-se o distanciamento mínimo de dois metros em filas e cadeiras e mantendo-se livres as zonas de circulação (corredores e acesso a entradas e saídas).

    Para o Deputado Newton Jr, “é preciso diluir o atendimento e, assim, evitar aglomerações, ao garantir aos usuários, um maior espaço de tempo para comparecimento aos estabelecimentos bancários”.
