O Departamento de Edificações e Estradas de Rodagem de Minas Gerais (DER-MG) vai restringir a circulação de veículos de grande porte nos dias 14/4, 15/4 e 17/4, durante o feriado da Semana Santa, nas rodovias estaduais de pista simples. A medida foi publicada em portaria no início do ano (23/2), no jornal Minas Gerais e é necessária em função do aumento significativo do fluxo de veículos.
O objetivo do DER-MG é promover mais segurança e melhores condições de tráfego para aqueles que pretendem viajar pelas rodovias estaduais em Minas durante o período.
Os motoristas dos veículos de carga e as transportadoras devem ficar atentos aos dias e horários de restrição de circulação, conforme as determinações da portaria 3950/2022. Confira:
Quinta-feira: 16h às 22h
Sexta-feira: 6h às 12h
Domingo: 16h às 22h
Nesses dias e horários, estarão proibidos de circular os veículos de carga tipo bitrens, treminhões e rodotrens (com mais de duas unidades, sendo uma tratora e as demais tracionadas e comprimento entre 19,80 e 30 metros); cegonheiras (com duas unidades e de 22,40 metros de comprimento); cargas indivisíveis (que excedam as medidas regulamentadas) e, ainda, veículos com até duas unidades, acima de 2,60 metros de largura ou mais de 4,40 metros de altura ou acima de 18,60 metros de comprimento, portando ou não Autorização Especial de Trânsito (AET).
Os motoristas de veículos de grande porte que não respeitarem as restrições estarão sujeitos às penalidades previstas no Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (art. 187-I, da Lei Federal nº 9.503, de 1997), o que representará a perda de quatro pontos na carteira, multa de R$ 130,16 e retenção do veículo até o término do horário limite.
