Proprietários de veículos já podem realizar de forma 100% on-line a indicação do condutor infrator para autuações de competência do Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran-MG). A novidade, implementada pela Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), se refere à indicação do responsável pelo cometimento de uma infração de trânsito, caso o condutor não tenha sido identificado no momento da autuação pelo agente ou o infrator não seja proprietário do veículo.
Como acessar
Para ter acesso ao serviço, o proprietário e condutor devem possuir cadastro no site do governo federal, no nível prata ou ouro. Assim, ambos poderão assinar digitalmente o Formulário de Identificação do Condutor Infrator (Fici). Após as assinaturas, o Fici e as cópias digitalizadas do Certificado de Registro e Licenciamento do Veículo (CRLV), da habilitação do condutor indicado e do documento de identificação do proprietário do veículo deverão ser encaminhados ao Detran-MG por meio do protocolo digital, disponível no site www.detran.mg.gov.br
O Detran-MG ressalta que é importante que proprietário e condutor fiquem atentos ao prazo para realizar o procedimento, que estará indicado na notificação da autuação. Todas as etapas até a conclusão do processo poderão ser acompanhadas por meio do site.
Unidades de atendimento
O serviço continua sendo realizado presencialmente nas unidades de atendimento, sendo o protocolo digital mais uma opção para os proprietários de veículos e condutores. Em Belo Horizonte, os documentos endereçados ao Detran-MG devem ser entregues no protocolo geral da Cidade Administrativa de Minas Gerais e, no interior de Minas, o protocolo pode ser feito na Ciretran responsável pela cidade.
Os usuários podem, ainda, enviar o Fici por meio dos Correios, preferencialmente com Aviso de Recebimento (AR). (Com Agência Minas)
