    DETRAN-MG DISPONIBILIZA NOVOS SERVIÇOS PARA PROPRIETÁRIOS DE VEÍCULOS ENVOLVIDOS EM ACIDENTES

    Os proprietários de veículos acidentados já podem solicitar, no site do Departamento de Trânsito de Minas Gerais (Detran-MG), os serviços de reclassificação de danos e retificação de boletim de ocorrência. Os serviços estão disponíveis no Protocolo Digital, iniciativa desenvolvida em conjunto com a Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG), que permite o trâmite de documentos totalmente on-line, evitando deslocamento do cidadão até uma unidade de atendimento.

    O diretor do Detran-MG, delegado Eurico da Cunha Neto, explica que, quando um veículo se envolve em acidente, o agente de trânsito preenche um relatório de avarias, durante o boletim de ocorrência, e registra imagens do veículo acidentado, se possível. “Automaticamente, o sistema recebe a comunicação da situação do veículo e faz a classificação. Se não há danos na estrutura ou sistemas de segurança, o veículo é classificado como pequena monta; se está em condição de ser recuperado, a classificação é de média monta. No caso em que o veículo é classificado como grande monta, conhecida como perda total, ele não pode voltar a circular e deve ser baixado”, esclarece.

    A reclassificação de danos e a retificação do boletim de ocorrência são feitas nos casos em que o proprietário do veículo envolvido em acidente discorda das informações registradas no relatório de avarias preenchido pelo agente de trânsito.

    Como funciona

    Para utilizar os serviços, basta fazer login no site www.detran.mg.gov.br  com usuário e senha do portal ou do cadastro Gov.br, disponibilizado pelo governo federal. Após acessar o sistema, o cidadão visualizará os serviços disponíveis no protocolo digital, onde deverá anexar documentação digitalizada colorida. A análise da solicitação será realizada em 15 dias úteis, conforme determina a Resolução 810/2020 do Conselho Nacional de Trânsito (Contran).

    Caso seja identificada alguma inconformidade nos dados ou documentos apresentados, o solicitante será informado para regularizar em até dez dias úteis. Após análise da documentação, o pedido formulado será deferido ou indeferido.

    Protocolo digital

    Além da retificação do boletim de ocorrência e da reclassificação de danos, os serviços de defesa da autuação, recurso de infrações, indicação do condutor infrator, solicitação de microfilmagem, transferência de prontuário de condutor e candidato de outro estado já podem ser feitos por meio do Protocolo Digital do Detran-MG. O sistema permite ainda realizar a alteração do nome dos candidatos e condutores, nomes dos pais na Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) e categoria pretendida pelo candidato à habilitação.
