Dez milhões de brasileiros já têm a nova Carteira de Identidade Nacional (CIN), segundo o Ministério da Gestão e da Inovação em Serviços Públicos (MGI). O documento começou a ser emitido em julho deste ano e atualiza o Sistema de Identidade Nacional, determinando o número do CPF como o único número de Registro Geral (RG) – uma forma de evitar que cada estado emita um documento com número diferente por cidadão.
Em Nova Serrana, a nova Carteira de Identidade Nacional pode ser emitida na Câmara Municipal e na Delegacia Regional de Polícia Civil. Em ambos locais, o atendimento é por agendamento.
Vantagens
Como a CIN acompanha todo o ciclo de vida dos cidadãos, sua base de dados possibilitará, no futuro, que o governo emita informações importantes para o cidadão. Será possível, por exemplo, orientar os estudantes sobre o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) ou avisar a uma pessoa idosa que ela tem direito a receber um benefício, como o BPC. Outra vantagem é a conexão com a identidade digital do GOV.BR. Com a nova carteira, os usuários da plataforma do governo federal tornam a sua conta de nível ouro, garantindo o maior nível de segurança. Até o momento, o GOV.BR possui mais de 159 milhões de usuários e possibilita o acesso a mais de 4,3 mil serviços digitais.
Como é a CIN
Só um único número de identificação, o CPF.
A nova carteira tem um QR Code, que permite verificar a autenticidade do documento e saber se foi furtado ou extraviado, por meio de qualquer smartphone.
Tem o mesmo código internacional usado em passaportes, o MRZ. Assim, pode ser usada como documento de viagem.
Para acessar a versão digital, pelo aplicativo GOV.BR, o cidadão precisa ter a carteira em papel ou em policarbonato (plástico).
É válida em todo o território nacional. Se o cidadão esquecer o documento em papel ou plástico, pode apresentar a versão digital no celular.
Validade da CIN
O prazo de validade da nova carteira varia conforme a faixa etária: 5 anos para crianças de zero a 12 anos incompletos, 10 anos para pessoas de 12 a 60 anos incompletos e validade indeterminada para quem tem acima de 60 anos. (COM AGÊNCIA BRASIL)
