Entre janeiro e abril deste ano, Minas Gerais registrou a formalização de 41.355 novos empreendimentos, representando um crescimento de 27,38% em comparação com o mesmo período de 2024, quando foram abertas 32.465 empresas. Ao todo, foram registradas 8.890 formalizações a mais.
Os dados fazem parte do relatório mensal de registros mercantis produzido pela Junta Comercial do Estado de Minas Gerais (Jucemg) – autarquia vinculada à Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico (Sede-MG) do Governo de Minas – e divulgado nesta segunda-feira (12/5).
Ainda conforme o levantamento, somente em abril, foram constituídos 9.312 novos negócios em Minas, alta de 3,23% em comparação com o mesmo mês de 2024 (9.021).
Zona da Mata e Jequitinhonha se destacam
Conforme o relatório da Jucemg, até abril as regiões que apresentaram melhor desempenho na abertura de empresas em relação ao mesmo período de 2024 foram Zona da Mata (60,03%), Jequitinhonha/Mucuri (42,68%) e Norte de Minas (39,89%). Na sequência, aparecem a Central (29,78%), Centro-Oeste (26,16%) e Noroeste (25,69%).
Ao analisar somente abril, o melhor desempenho fica com Jequitinhonha/Mucuri (20,21%), seguido do Norte de Minas (12,95%) e Triângulo (8,02%). Apresentaram queda nas constituições as regionais de Rio Doce (-6,18%), Noroeste (-5,35%) e Alto Paranaíba (-3,59%).
Ranking municipal
Belo Horizonte segue como o município que mais abriu empresas até abril de 2025. Ao todo, foram 11.133 novos negócios abertos, contra 8.685 formalizações do mesmo período de 2024, alta de 28,19%. Somente em abril, a capital mineira registrou 2.502 constituições.
Na sequência aparecem: Uberlândia (2.318 no ano e 540 em abril), Contagem (1.368 e 326), Juiz de Fora (1.093 e 212) e Montes Claros (937 e 201).
