Dois homens de 21 e 20 anos foram presos no último sábado (18) em Nova Serrana, após uma tentativa de assalto no bairro São Geraldo. O veículo usado pela dupla também era furtado.

Segundo a Polícia Militar, após uma denúncia de um roubo a um estabelecimento comercial, a equipe foi até o bairro São Geraldo, onde a vítima contou que foi surpreendida por um indivíduo armado. Ele anunciou o assalto e roubou seu celular, mas a vítima reagiu à ação recuperou o aparelho.

Imediatamente os militares saíram em diligências e conseguiram abordar um veículo ocupado por dois indivíduos. Durante as buscas foram localizados um simulacro de pistola e uma garrucha calibre 22, com duas munições. Durante o registro da ocorrência, outra vítima de 33 anos, relatou que o referido veículo utilizado pelos autores havia sido furtado no bairro Jardim do Lago.

Diante dos fatos, a dupla recebeu voz de prisão e foi levada à Delegacia de Polícia Civil juntamente com o material apreendido. Já o veículo foi encaminhado ao pátio credenciado.
