Dois homens, de 18 e 20 anos, foram presos em Nova Serrana nesta terça-feira (29), após roubarem um veículo.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, a equipe foi acionada a comparecer no bairro São José, onde havia acabado de ocorrer um roubo de um automóvel em uma oficina. Imediatamente foi lançada uma operação cerco e bloqueio no intuito de recuperá-lo.
Instantes depois, os militares viram o veículo e deram ordem de parada, a qual foi ignorada pelos ocupantes que fugiram em alta velocidade. A equipe então iniciou a perseguição que culminou na abordagem da dupla em uma estrada vicinal no mesmo bairro.
Ainda segundo a PM, um dos autores tentou fugir a pé, mas sem sucesso.
Diante dos fatos, a dupla recebeu voz de prisão e foi levada à delegacia. Um dos autores, de 18 anos, tem passagem por tráfico de drogas. Já o outro, de 20, não era conhecido no meio policial.
