Disponível gratuitamente para os sistemas Android e iOS, o aplicativo Pardal permite que eleitores de todo o país denunciem diversos tipos de irregularidades durante a campanha eleitoral no Brasil. Em 6 de outubro (primeiro turno) e 27 de outubro (segundo turno), brasileiros vão eleger prefeitos, vice-prefeitos e vereadores dos 5.569 municípios do país.
Lançado pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) em 2014, a plataforma foi aprimorada para as eleições municipais de 2020 e recebeu uma nova versão para as eleições gerais de 2022.
O objetivo do aplicativo é contribuir com o trabalho de apuração dos Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais (TREs) e do Ministério Público Eleitoral (MPE), ao contar com a contribuição dos cidadãos para fiscalizar falhas eleitorais.
Podem ser encaminhadas pela ferramenta irregularidades como casos de propaganda eleitoral antecipada, compra de votos, uso da máquina pública, abuso de poder (político ou econômico) e uso indevido dos meios de comunicação.
Os registros podem ser feitos por qualquer pessoa, com comprovação por fotos, áudios ou vídeos. Se preferir, a denúncia pode ser feita de forma anônima. Todas as demandas são tratadas como sigilosas pelo sistema, assegurando a confidencialidade da identidade do cidadão.
No aplicativo, também é possível encontrar orientações sobre o que pode durante campanha como uso de alto-falantes e amplificadores de som, camisetas, carros de som e trios elétrico, adesivos em automóveis, distribuição de material gráfico e comícios. (COM AGÊNCIA BRASIL)

That’s a little error there. I bet the majority of
people don’t even realize there are different colors and that the
different colors have different meanings and applications, LOL.
