Com a suspensão das atividades escolares presenciais, desde março do ano passado, devido à pandemia da Covid-19, os documentos que antes da suspensão eram solicitados presencialmente nas unidades de ensino da rede estadual, agora devem ser requeridos de forma virtual, por e-mail.
Para fazer a solicitação do histórico escolar e da declaração de matrícula, por exemplo, o interessado deve encaminhar um e-mail para o endereço eletrônico da escola. Para alunos com 18 anos ou mais o pedido pode ser feito diretamente por ele. Já para os menores de idade, os pais e/ou responsável é que devem requerer.
Para isso, é necessário anexar ao e-mail os seguintes documentos digitalizados: identidade civil com foto; CPF e comprovante de endereço. Também é necessário apresentar o nome da última escola em que estudou ou que estuda e especificar qual a finalidade do documento, seja para matrícula em faculdades, efetivação profissional, entre outros.
Conforme memorando encaminhado pela Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) às escolas, é importante que no e-mail seja informado o tipo do documento e motivo da solicitação: transferência, histórico escolar, declaração, etc. A escola terá prazo de 30 dias para a emissão do documento, que será enviado ao solicitante no formato digitalizado.
Caso o contato com a escola não seja possível, os documentos também podem ser solicitados nas Superintendência Regional de Ensino (SRE) à qual a unidade de ensino pertence.
