EMISSÃO DE CERTIDÃO DE QUITAÇÃO ELEITORAL ESTÁ SUSPENSA ATÉ 7 DE NOVEMBRO

De acordo com o calendário eleitoral de 2022, até 7 de novembro a emissão de certidão de quitação eleitoral está suspensa. Após o prazo, será permitido emitir o documento normalmente pela internet, no Portal do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), nos sites dos Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais (TREs) e pelo aplicativo e-Título.

Para estar quite com a Justiça Eleitoral (JE) e obter a certidão de quitação eleitoral, a eleitora ou o eleitor deve estar com o voto em dia, ter justificado as ausências e atendido às convocações da JE – para trabalhar como mesária ou mesário, por exemplo –, ou ter pagado as multas que lhes tiverem sido aplicadas.

A certidão de quitação eleitoral é gratuita e serve para comprovar que o cidadão não tem pendências na Justiça Eleitoral. Sem ela, o eleitor pode ficar impedido de se inscrever em concurso público e ser investido ou tomar posse em cargo público, bem como receber vencimentos, remuneração, salário ou proventos de função ou emprego público, entre outras vedações.

Você não precisa sair de casa para solicitar a certidão, que é expedida gratuitamente pela JE, nem deve entrar em sites que não sejam do TSE ou dos TREs. Alguns sites, de forma ilegítima, aplicam golpes e cobram pelo serviço, uma prática comercial abusiva, que viola o Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC).

– Como emitir a certidão

Nas datas permitidas, para gerar a certidão, basta ir no menu à direita do Portal do TSE, acessar “Certidão de quitação”, preencher com alguns dados pessoais e clicar em “Emitir”.

Alguns segundos após o preenchimento, a certidão de quitação eleitoral estará pronta, sem nenhum custo. O documento já pode então ser impresso ou gravado, o que você preferir. O mesmo caminho deve ser adotado se você desejar consultar nos sites dos Tribunais Regionais.

Depois da certidão emitida, para validar, basta acessar o mesmo menu, clicar em “Validar Documentos” e preencher com os dados solicitados.

Pelo e-Título, também é bem fácil e rápido emitir o documento. É só clicar no menu “Mais Opções” e, depois, em “Quitação Eleitoral”. A certidão aparecerá automaticamente, caso você esteja sem pendências com a Justiça Eleitoral.
