Estabelecimentos, atividades culturais, turísticas e de eventos em Minas Gerais já podem solicitar o Selo Evento Seguro, concedido pelo Governo de Minas, pela Secretaria de Estado de Cultura e Turismo (Secult).
Com seu uso, os locais confirmam que estão cumprindo os protocolos de Saúde e segurança definidos na resolução criada com base no Plano Minas Consciente. O objetivo é contribuir para que a retomada das atividades ocorra de forma segura, observando as orientações sanitárias dadas pelos órgãos competentes locais, estaduais e da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS). A resolução que rege o Selo Evento Seguro descreve as medidas gerais e específicas, bem como cuidados relacionados a atendimento ao público, ao espaço físico, à sinalização, ao acesso, à permanência, circulação de pessoas, dentre outros.
– Como obter
O Selo Evento Seguro pode ser pedido à Secult por empresas e realizadores independentes de eventos, por meio do link www.secult.mg.gov.br/seloeventoseguro. É necessário preencher o formulário de solicitação, o Termo de Responsabilidade e seguir o passo a passo descrito. Os espaços que poderão solicitar o uso do Selo de Evento Seguro são museus e galerias de arte; teatros; cinemas; arquivos públicos; bibliotecas públicas; e demais estabelecimentos em que são realizados eventos.
O selo poderá ser utilizado pelos interessados durante o tempo de vigência do Plano Minas Consciente ou demais protocolos estabelecidos pelo Governo de Minas Gerais para enfrentamento da covid-19. Ele poderá ser estampado em ingressos e exibido nos locais de realização dos eventos, por exemplo.
A Secult irá analisar as solicitações dos interessados a partir das informações enviadas no Formulário de Solicitação e comunicará sobre a aprovação daqueles que preencherem os requisitos necessários. Assim que aprovado, o interessado já recebe o Selo Evento Seguro e seu Manual de Aplicação. Se o interessado não preencher os requisitos necessários, a Secult também irá notificar sobre a reprovação. Nesse caso, o interessado tem a oportunidade de se adequar às exigências estabelecidas e enviar nova solicitação.
– Medidas de proteção
O Selo Evento Seguro vem para reforçar as regras de cuidado e proteção, como uso obrigatório de máscara tipo N95 ou máscara cirúrgica, e de álcool gel, além de distanciamento social. Ele também dá orientações para sinalização e circulação de pessoas em eventos; orientações para pavilhões e centros de convenções; para eventos ao ar livre; eventos drive in; eventos de valet; para teatros; bastidores; cinemas; entre outros.
