O processo de escolha de diretores e vices diretores nas escolas estaduais de Minas Gerais começou na segunda-feira (7), com a formação da Assembleia com a comunidade para a composição da Comissão Organizadora. As inscrições das chapas começam nesta quarta (9) e vão até quinta-feira (10).
A votação pela comunidade para a escolha dos novos diretores e vices está prevista para ocorrer em 1º de dezembro de 2022. A posse e exercício dos novos gestores escolhidos se dará a partir de 2 de janeiro de 2023. Poderão participar do novo processo todos os servidores que cumprirem os critérios do art. 8º da Resolução, incluindo os atuais diretores e vice-diretores.
Entre as alterações do processo neste ano, destaca-se o impedimento de servidor convocado candidatar-se à função gratificada de vice-diretor. Tal medida se dá em cumprimento ao Art. 37 da Constituição Federal, o qual proíbe a destinação de função gratificada a servidor não efetivo. Outra alteração estipula o período de gestão das chapas escolhidas em 4 anos.
